No. Vehicle detailing is entirely cosmetic. It addresses the cleanliness and appearance of your car's surfaces — interior fabrics, paint, glass, and trim. It does not involve any mechanical repair, engine diagnostics, or licensed automotive work of any kind. If your vehicle has mechanical issues, those require a qualified mechanic.

Machine polishing can reduce the visibility of light surface scratches and swirl marks in the clear coat. Scratches that have penetrated through the clear coat into the base coat or primer cannot be addressed by polishing — those require paint correction or respray work, which is outside the scope of detailing services.

Duration varies by package and vehicle condition. An Essential wash and vacuum typically takes one to two hours. A Premium Detail runs two to four hours. The Full Restoration Detail can take four to six hours or more depending on the vehicle's starting condition. We'll give you a time estimate when confirming your booking.

We work on sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, crossovers, and light commercial vehicles. Pricing varies by vehicle size. For large vans or commercial vehicles, contact us directly to discuss.

This depends on your vehicle's exposure and use. A vehicle parked outdoors in Cairo's dust and sun benefits from more frequent exterior washing and periodic wax or sealant reapplication. An interior deep clean every few months is practical for regularly used vehicles. We don't prescribe a fixed schedule — it depends on your situation.

Yes. We visit residential compounds, apartment building car parks, and private driveways. We need access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it. If your building has access restrictions, let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

No. We bring our own water supply and power source for all equipment. You don't need to arrange anything. If you have access to a water point and power outlet, that can be used as a supplement, but it's not required.

Yes. We visit office parks, commercial facilities, and business premises. Fleet bookings — multiple vehicles at a single location — are also available. Contact us to discuss scheduling for business locations.

We currently serve New Cairo, Maadi, Heliopolis, Nasr City, Fifth Settlement, Rehab City, Shorouk, and surrounding areas within Cairo Governorate. For locations outside this area, contact us to check availability.

Pricing depends on the package selected, vehicle size (sedan, SUV, large van), and the current condition of the vehicle. A heavily soiled interior or heavily oxidised paint requires more time and materials, which affects cost. We provide a clear price estimate before any work begins — no surprises after the fact.
